1. How long will it take?
Question: How long will it take to service my machine?
Answer: Domestic machines can take up to ten working days for a service and report. If parts are required the time will depend upon availability.

2. How much?
Question: How much will it cost to service my machine?
Answer: A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is payable in advance. This deposit allows us to assess your machine and provide you with a report and quote on any required work. If you accept the quote for service or repairs the deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

3. Worth repairing?
Question: What happens if I don't think it is worth repairing my old machine?
Answer: If you decide your old machine is not worth repairing and purchase a new machine through Coffee Machine Solutions we will deduct the $100.00 service fee from the price of the new machine.

4. Do you pick up?
Question: Do you come to me or can I drop my machine at your workshop?
Answer: Most service and repairs are carried out in our Service Centre at Windsor, please call (07) 3857 0300 to arrange an appointment or a site visit.

5. Warranty?
Question: Do you provide a warranty on repair work and parts?
Answer: Coffee Machine Solutions only uses new parts in repairs and they are subject to a three month warranty. We warrant our service work for one month but this does not cover other problems that may occur because new parts have been placed in an older machine.

6. Do you have a showroom?
Question: Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Answer: Coffee Machine Solutions has access to a wide range of espresso machines and keeps a comprehensive selection of display machines in our showroom. The showroom is open to the public at 4/104 Newmarket Road, Windsor 4030 by appointment.

7. Can you help me choose a machine?
Question: Can you help me choose an appropriate espresso machine for my needs?
Answer: Our trained and experienced showroom staff are happy to help with machine recommendations and demonstrate the coffee making process while providing you with a great coffee.

8. Gas Coffee Machines
Question: Greg; thanks for talking to me yesterday please tell Ross, further to our interest in those dual fuel options, (esp cost and eta of 'retro') that i would like to get in touch with the trailer people mentioned.

9. Gas Coffee Machine
Question: Hi, I would like some advice on the purchase of a new commercial coffee machine to install into our land cruiser camper that we are travelling around Australia in. I did see the Contempo Dual Fuel 2 Group Electronic and thought this would suit us perfectly but I think the size is going to be slightly too big for the space we have. (600(w)x400x400). We want to be able to supply coffee while on the road as part of my business and will be spending a lot of time in remote areas so please advise which machines are best for this type of use (dual fuel is preferred and less technical so we can fix any problems if they do occur in the outback!) Answer: I have forwarded the information as requested as well as some pricing and details on gas machines that are great for mobile coffee requirements where power is an issue. Cheers, Ross.

11. Happy wife happy life!!!
Question: Just wanted to drop you guys a line to thank you for the help in selecting the Fracino Piccino coffee machine for home. After using a fully automatic machine at home my wife thought I was crazy to get a small commercial machine. She is now happy that we have true tasting coffee at home. Happy wife happy life!!! 12. Mobile Coffee Van Enquiry

13. ECM Part Enquiry

14. Service
Question: Hi CMS-legends. The volume of water delivered from the group suddenly dropped dramatically yesterday. Pump works, but sounds slightly laboured but (similar noise with blind head inserted), and volume is about 1/4 of normal. Plenty of water comes out the group exhaust afterwards like normal. ideas?
Answer: Hi Mathew, Sounds like a calcium bolckage in the group jet. We can have you brewing again in around an hour including a yearly service. Cheers

15. Fracino Parts Enquiry
Question: Hello, do you stock replacement piezo ignitor modulues? Can i please order one ASAP? Thanks!
Answer: We try to hold stock of all Fracino parts in our Brisbane workshop and have a rapid delivery system for any unusual or out-of-stock lines.
